Treneisha Jackson Hill.

She was born and raised in Shreveport, LA where she currently lives and primarily practices. She graduated from Huntington High School as valedictorian of her class and began her college career at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge where she received her B.A. in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology. Shortly thereafter, she began studying at Southern University Law Center where she received her J.D. in 2011.

Upon graduating law school, she returned to Shreveport and began working as a law clerk for Judge John Mosely and Judge Ramon Lafitte. In 2012, she accepted a position with the Caddo Parish District Attorney’s Office where she worked as an Assistant District Attorney for almost 11 years. While employed there she worked as a misdemeanor assistant, felony assistant, section chief, appellate attorney, and a Special Prosecutor. Prior to leaving the office, she was responsible for trying homicides, sexual assault cases, and high profile matters handled by the office. She’s married to attorney Kerry Hill and together they have three children. In her community Hill has worked as a teen mentor for Volunteers for Youth Justice and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Mrs. Hill enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends as well as serving the people of Louisiana.
